Apple Fennel Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, shredded
- 1-2 apples, diced
- 1 bulb fresh fennel, thinly sliced or shredded
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 c Harvest Gravestein Apple Vinegar
- 1/4 c Harvest Blood Orange Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and adjust vinegar and olive oil as desired. Serve cold.
