Basic Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 c fermented soy sauce
- 1/2 c oyster sauce
- 1/4 c Chinese cooking wine or sherry
- 1/4 c tapioca starch
- 1 T honey
- 2 T sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes, use less or omit if you don't like spice
- 1 clove garlic pressed- optional
- 1 tsp ginger minced- optional
- mix with water before adding to stir fry, 1:2 ratio
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and store in the fridge. Feel free to be creative and add things like garlic, ginger, lime, etc. Add to stir fry at the end of cooking.
