Frangipane (almond filling)

Ingredients

  • 4 T soften butter
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar (can use white sugar too)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 c almond flour

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in stand mixer or by hand to create a thick paste.
