Garlic Almond Collard Greens

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch collard greens, chopped
  • 1 c sliced or slivered almonds
  • 3 T Harvest Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • In a large cast iron pan, heat olive oil. Add in collard greens and cook until reduced in size.  Add garlic and sauté until just brown.  Add in almonds and sauté until slightly toasted.  Salt and pepper to taste and top with cheese.  Serve hot.
