Gluten free, no sugar oatmeal raisin cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup raisins
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp BP
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- In a food processor combine walnuts, dates and 1 cup of oats until a dough forms
- add in vanilla, salt, and pulse until mixed
- scoop into a bowl and mix in baking powder, cinnamon, 1/2 cup oats and raisins.
- Shape cookies and bake for 10-15 minutes at 375 on parchment paper
