Grain Free Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup almond flour
  • ~1/2 cup buckwheat
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup start with 1/2 cup buttermilk, whole milk or DF milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup butter in small pieces
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients and cut in butter. Add in honey, eggs and buttermilk. Form into a round loaf and cut a cross in the middle. Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes.
