Healthy Ketchup
Ingredients
- 3 small cans tomato paste
- ~1/2 cup white vinegar
- ~1tsp garlic powder
- ~1T onion powder
- ~2 T honey
- ~1 T molasses
- ~ 1 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
- Pinch of: cinnamon cloves, all-spice
- ~1 cup water
- All ingredients are to be adjusted if needed to fit your taste
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together in food processor or on low heat in a saucepan. Let sit for an hour or longer for optimal flavor but can also be eaten immediately. Store in fridge.
