Add 1 T cinnamon and top with cinnamon sugar mix or 2T cocoa powder plus 2 T sugar
2 1/2cwhole wheat flour
1/4c brown sugar
For both recipesMix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine together forming a dough- add more milk if too dry, more flour if too wet. Divide dough in two. Roll out between parchment paper and cut into shapes using cookie cutters or pizza roller. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
