Homemade Graham Crackers

Whole Wheat Graham Crackers (2 variations)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Organic Unbleached Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 11/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup whole milk

optional

  • Add 1 T cinnamon and top with cinnamon sugar mix or 2T cocoa powder plus 2 T sugar

Version 2

  • 2 1/2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c white flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3-1/2 c milk
  • 1 stick butter melted

Instructions

  • For both recipes
    Mix wet and dry ingredients separately and then combine together forming a dough- add more milk if too dry, more flour if too wet. Divide dough in two. Roll out between parchment paper and cut into shapes using cookie cutters or pizza roller. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool completely.
