Healthy Ketchup

  • 3 small cans tomato paste
  • ~1/2 cup white vinegar
  • ~1tsp garlic powder
  • ~1T onion powder
  • ~2 T honey
  • ~1 T molasses
  • ~ 1 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • Pinch of: cinnamon cloves, all-spice
  • ~1 cup water
  • All ingredients are to be adjusted if needed to fit your taste


  • Blend ingredients together in food processor or on low heat in a saucepan. Let sit for an hour or longer for optimal flavor but can also be eaten immediately. Store in fridge.
