Honey Ginger Tahini Coleslaw

  • 1 red cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c honey ginger balsamic vinegar or 1/4 cup white vinegar plus 1-2T honey 1T minced fresh ginger
  • 3 T Tahini
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 T lime juice
  • salt to taste


  • add sliced carrots celery and sesame seeds


  • In a small jar or container combine all ingredients but cabbage and mix well. Put cabbage in a large bowl and add dressing, massaging cabbage with hands or mix well with spoon. Salt to taste.
