Grate or finely rice cauliflower and place into bowl. Lightly salt cauliflower and mix to evenly coat. Let sit for about 20 minutes to realease excess water. For quicker option microwave for about 2 minutes to steam. Add soaked cauliflower to a coffee filter or clean dish towel and squeeze out excess water over the sink or separate bowl. Placed drained cauliflower into a bowl and add in other ingredients, (eggs, seasoning, cheese). Mix well and separate into evenly sized piles. Place in a non stick or well greased pan, forming bread shapes as you go. Let cook on medium heat until bread sets and holds together when flipping, (about 3- 5 min). Flip and fill with as much cheese as you would like. Add the other piece on top once cooked and finish like a normal grilled cheese.
