Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 c almond flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3-1/2 c sweeter of choice- I use a stevia/erythritol blend- adjust to your desired level of sweetness

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor.  Bake at 375 until golden brown.
