- 1 c almond flour
- 3/4 c almond butter
- 1 sweet potato,peeled and cooked
- 1/2 c cocoa powder
- 1/3-1/2 c sweetener of choice
- preheat oven to 375. Blend ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Line a medium baking dish with foil and spread batter. Bake until batter puffs up (about 20-30 minutes). Remove and let cool. Texture changes as it cools.
