Lovage Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground pork
  • 1/4 c almond flour
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 c Harvest Tuscan Olive Oil
  • 1/4 c Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 c parmesan or asiago cheese
  • 1 bunch lovage finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients and form into ball size of choice.  Bake at 400 until no longer pink inside.  ~15 minutes depending on size of meatball.  Simply cut into one to test.
