Ginger Lime Pork Potsticker Filling

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 in fresh ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1/4 c cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced and zest
  • 1/4 c Harvest Oil and Vinegar Honey Ginger Vinegar or rice vinegar with 2T honey
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • salt to taste (cook a little filling before stuffing potstickers and taste and adjust flavor)


  • Blend ingredients in a food processor until well combined.  Fill potsticker dough, seal and pleat potstickers along the top.  In a large pan heat a few tablespoons of oil and place potstickers in pan and cook for about 5 minutes.  Add 1/3 cup water and cover and steam for ~10 minutes.  Remove lid and cook until liquid is all gone.  Serve hot.
