Quick and Easy Pizza Dough

This is a great recipe for when you only want to make one pizza- it is enough for a smaller medium sized pizza.


  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 package yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ~1/2 c warm water divided, start with 1/4 c


  • Swirl sugar and yeast into the 1/4c warm water and set aside. In a medium sized bowl, combine remaining ingredients except any of the water. Once the yeast mixture has started to bubble, add to the flour mixture. Add in additional water until a soft but not sticky dough forms. Remove and knead for about 5 minutes until dough is soft and stretches. Set in lightly oiled bowl and cover and let sit for 30min -1 hour.
    Remove and roll into whatever size pizza you want!
