Serrano Honey Steak and Summer Squash
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb steak, any cut works but will need to be thinly sliced
- 3 T Harvest Serrano Honey Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 T Harvest Smoked Chibani Olive Oil
- 1 T Harvest Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 1t tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, finely diced
- optional: serve over rice or pasta or in a warmed tortilla
Instructions
- In a large pan heat olive oil. Add chili powder and cumin and salt and thinly sliced steak and cook for just a few minutes until meat is browned. Add in zucchini and squash, lime and balsamic and cook for just a minute or two longer. Adjust salt to taste.
