Smoked Bacon Pepper Wax Beans
Ingredients
- 1 bag wax beans, trimmed
- 12 slices bacon
- 2 medium spice peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Harvest Olive Wood Smoked Oil
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon either in the oven at 425 degrees or on the stove, set aside and drain. Reserve a few tablespoons of the bacon fat and heat in a large cast iron skillet or pan. Add a tablespoon or two of Harvest Olive Wood Smoked oil and sauté the veggies until tender. Add chopped bacon. Salt to taste.
