Sweet and Spicy Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients

Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • 2 cups Harvest Honey Ginger Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Chinese cooking wine
  • ¼ cup honey or brown sugar
  • 23 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic scapes finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 2 tbsp Harvest Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp tapioca or cornstarch mixed with 1 T water

Stir Fry

  • 12 lbs beef , sliced
  • 1 bunch of broccoli chopped
  • 1 onion , diced
  • 4 small sweet peppers or 2 bell peppers , diced
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 1 zucchini , diced
  • Optional: add any other vegetables you like or omit any of the above that you don't like , or adjust the amount

Rice

  • 2 cups uncooked white rice , rinsed
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp sea salt
