Maple Chipotle Pork Chops

  • 4 bone in pork chops
  • 1/4 c Harvest Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Harvest Maple Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Harvest Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 small apples, diced
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped


  • In ziplock bags or containers with a lid, combine marinade of the vinegar and oil and salt and coat the chops on both sides.  Add in apples and jalapeños.  Marinate in fridge for at least an hour or up to all day or overnight- the longer the better. 
    Preheat oven to 375.  Place chops, excess marinade and apples and peppers in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chops register 145 degrees.
