Berry Banana Breakfast Muffin (grain, egg, dairy free, no sugar added)

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cups chopped nuts optional
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 2 bananas mashed
- 1 cup berries frozen or fresh
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 8 T melted grass fed butter or coconut oil
- For moister muffins add 1/3 cup coconut cream whole milk, almond milk...
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375, line a muffin tin with liners
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl combine all wet ingredients and then mix together. Combine well. Add to muffin tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with grass fed butter or coconut oil! These muffins are stick to your gut muffins and perfect for a winter morning!
