Garlic Rosemary Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • Brussel Sprouts- peeled and trimmed
  • Equal Parts: Cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • Rosemary-dried or fresh
  • 1/2 part Hungarian Paprika
  • Unrefined Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Garlic Olive Oil if you live locally to the Iowa City area, I recommend Harvest's Olive Oils


  • Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
  • Mix seasonings with brussel sprouts and olive oil. Roast in a pan for about 45 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy. Stir halfway through and add more oil if the sprout stick. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
