Easy Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375
    In a medium saucepan bring the water to a boil and add butter stirring to melt it.  Add flour and salt immediately and stir until it form a ball. Add in one egg at a time beating it completely in before adding the next egg.  Let sit for 5-10minutes. Pipe dough or spoon about 1T, 2 in apart on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes.  Once they have cooled completely fill puffs with filling of choice.
