  • 1 T cumin
  • 1 T garlic
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 3 T maple sugar (or extra brown sugar)
  • 2 T coarse salt
