Easy Banana Bread

  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 1/2 c oats
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c butter soften
  • 1/2 c honey/sugar/maple syrup/brown sugar
  • optional: chocolate chips, walnuts, maple flavor, cream cheese filling ...


  • Cream together the butter and sugar/honey.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Add mashed bananas.  In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.  Combine wet and dry being careful not to over mix.  Pour into a greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350 for 50-60min.  Pour in muffin tins and bake for about 20-30min for banana bread muffins.
