Herb Crackers

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Harvest Oil and Vinegar has many flavored oils that make for fantastic crackers
  • 3/4-1 cup water
  • herbs and spices


  • preheat oven to 375
  • Mix dry ingredients and then add in olive oil then water. Tip- if you can't smell the herbs/spices you won't be able to taste them.
  • Roll out dough between parchment paper to desired thinnest and then cut into shapes using a pizza cutter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until just turning golden brown. They will crisp up as they cool.

MEDITERRANEAN Spice blend: 3T rosemary, 2T ground coriander, 2T cumin, 1T oregano, 2tsp garlic, 1/2tsp salt, 2 tsp cinnamon- add 2T of mix to dry ingredients (adjust amount according to your taste) I also spread some on top along with coarse salt.
