1/2cmayo (or 1 egg plus 1/2 cup olive oil to make mayo)
1/2csour cream
1/3cbuttermilk or add 2tsp vinegar or lemon juice to milk and let sit for 5 minutes
1TParsley
1tspdill
1tspapple cider vinegar/white wine vinegar/lemon juice
1tspWorchestire sauce
1tspgarlic
1/2tsponion powder
salt and pepper
Instructions
If making mayo place egg and olive oil in a tall container that will fit an immersion blender. Blend egg and olive oil and slowly bring blender up to introduce air and move up and down until mayo thickens. Add in herbs and spices (adjust them to your taste so consider starting with half of the measurements above and then add more). In same container add in remaining ingredients and blend and salt to taste. To thin- add more milk, to thicken, add more sour cream or mayo.
