1/2-1tspbaking powder- this is dependent on how strong your starter is
1 1/2cflour (your choice here)
1TSugar for savory, 1/3 cup for sweet
herbs, spices, extracts of choice
Preheat oven to 400Cut up butter into small pieces- and place in fridge. Combine all dry ingredients and then crumble in butter. Add 1 c starter. Mix well until all is combined. The mixture should be a frim enough dough that you can form into a disk or cut into individual shapes. If it is too dry, add in whole milk or buttermilk, too wet, add in some flour. Bake for ~15 -20 minutes until golden brown.
