Tangerine Almond Braised Kale
- 1 bunch kale (or a few cups)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 T fresh ginger grated
- Harvest tangerine balsamic vinegar
- Harvest almond oil
- Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic
- Heat a pan and add a few tablespoons of oil and vinegars and let cook down for a minute or two. Add in the kale and ginger and sauté until it cooked down. Add sea salt and fresh pepper to taste. Keep cooking until kale has shrunk down in size and add in sliced almonds.
