Sourdough discard recipe: Tortillas
- 1 c discard
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T olive oil
Combine all ingredients to form a soft dough that can be kneaded. Holding in your hands, fold the dough in on itself and rotate to create elasticity. Once the dough can be stretched- let it rest for a few minutes. Divide into balls and roll out into thin circles. Cook on high for about 30 sec per side.
