This muffin is a perfect breakfast on the go, full of protein, fruit and fiber it will keep you full without any sugar spikes. Along with being dairy, egg and grain free it has no added sugar making it a kid friendly breakfast as well.
This cookie is a great fix to two problems: ripe bananas that no one will eat and a quick ‘on the go’ breakfast. Only sweetened with fruit and a little honey, these work as a great after school snack as well. You can switch raisins for cranberries, omit the chocolate chips, use maple syrup instead of honey, add almonds instead of pistachios.
